Nursing CAP, Inc. is dedicated to helping individuals pursue their careers in the health care industry and STEM fields. The organization recognizes the significance of setting career goals and knowing the path to achieve them. Therefore, Nursing CAP, Inc. provides participants with the essential tools and resources to explore various career paths and connect with professionals who inspire and serve as role models in the community.


During the second hour of the program, participants attend presentations by experts in the field. These professionals share their expertise, guidance, and encouragement to help students develop their own career goals. The speakers volunteer their time to engage with the students and share their education, achievements, and career journey. This career development service helps students to think about and explore various career paths they may be interested in pursuing in the future.


Nursing CAP, Inc. recognizes the importance of supporting participants in achieving their career goals. Providing students with the opportunity to learn from professionals in the field helps to inspire and motivate them to pursue their own careers in health care and STEM. Nursing CAP, Inc. is committed to providing participants with the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to achieve their career aspirations.

Mental Health Awareness

We provide free tutoring in science and math throughout the middle and high school years.​​

We incorporate group mental health awareness sessions to create a safe environment for participants to discuss mental health issues or challenges.​​


Our Mission
​At Nursing CAP, Inc. we are dedicated to introducing minority students, first generation college students and economically disadvantaged students to the fields of nursing, science, technology, engineering and health care careers through mentoring and tutoring, creating partnerships with community healthcare centers, promoting healthy and active living and promoting an atmosphere of comprehensive development.
